SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Parcels delivered within the UK are £2 - £3.50. We use Royal Mail on all of our customer's behalf to get the absolute cheapest price possible for UK shipping.

Overseas postage as i'm sure you appreciate is quite a bit more expensive, however as with UK deliveries we are in constant negotiations for the absolute best price on top international services. This means we are currently able to charge just £8 extra for delivery anywhere in the world.

SHIPPING TIMES

These shipping times are our current average, many times items arrive before they should, however in a couple of cases they can be a little late (customs hold ups, xmas post etc.)

Unfortunately due to our service agreements with Royal Mail, we have to wait longer to declare items as missing both within the UK and Internationally. UK deliveries we now have to wait 10 days from despatch, and International deliveries we have to wait 20 days for Europe, and 28 days for Rest of World.


Please note, we use First Class services within the UK, and many items can arrive extremely quickly (often 1-2 working days) however we have to advise that items can take their working day periods as stated in the average delivery time above.

How does postage work? 

You are welcome to send back to us any items for any reason, within 10 days of receipt. As long as the item is in a resalable condition, we will be happy to offer you an exchange, store credit or refund. Please follow the steps in the Returns section of your account. We cannot be held accountable for loss of incoming post, so it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely. Please contact if you need a return


International customers are welcome to send back orders with any postal service, we can only refund postage if an item is faulty or incorrectly sent. When we receive your return we will get in touch with you. 


I've received an incorrect or faulty item

Every effort is made to keep errors to a minimum and orders are checked at both the picking and packing stage, but unfortunately mistakes can still happen and faulty items slip through. If you receive an incorrect item please return it with a letter detailing the problem and we will replace/ refund as required.  If you have received an item which is faulty, please contact us to explain the nature of the fault and whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We will then provide you with further information on how to proceed.


I haven't received my refund yet

Your refund will be issued onto the account using the same method of payment you paid with. Refunds are processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days. Allow 2-4 working days for the banks to credit the money onto your account from the date of us processing it.
