Returns

Returned items must be sent back within 10 days from you receiving the order. ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER 14TH NOVEMBER 2016 CAN BE RETURNED UNTIL 14TH JANUARY 2017. Returned items must be in a salable condition, for example we cannot accept returns that smell of smoke or are covered in pet hairs. Items should be returned unwashed in the original packaging and include all labels and tags. All items will be inspected upon return. We want you to be totally happy with your purchases from Logic Clothing, but if you do need to return any item for any reason - no problem! Just send it back to us within 10 days for either a store credit/exchange or full refund.

 To return an item to Logic Clothing just follow the easy steps below 

1. Email us for a return label then print it off. 

2. Affix a postage label to the parcel 

3. take to your local post office. Remember to ask for a proof of posting certificate, keep this in a safe place.

 As soon as we receive your parcel we'll send you an email confirming that we've had it back and another to let you know when it's been processed. If you require an exchange, this can be done using the store credit which will be applied to the 'e-wallet' in your online account whilst refunds will be credited back to the card/Paypal account that you used to pay for the order. The money will usually be back in your account within a few days, however please allow up to 14 days at busy periods.
